I find it a bit strange that it’s usually true that things you like to do and eat are mostly not so good for one’s health. I like, for example, to sit and play video games but I can not do all the time because then I don’t have the time to study, but if I don’t do it at all, I get bored easily. I also like to drink a lot of coffee and eat sweets but it’s not all that good for my teeth or my body. One can of course fix this by different methods, it’s always best to enjoy just the right emount of everything. As to practice while continuing to purchase good coffee or work a lot but also indulge breaks. With teeth, it’s a little bit harder, but if they are yellow, you can always do a teeth whitening.
